Minnesota VINE is a county-jail status and notification service. The research does not establish it as the durable Meeker booking-photo archive. A photo in a DOC or registry record may be more recent than the jail image, but it is not automatically the same photograph.
Meeker County Mugshots Leave Rosters

Copies are generally 25 cents per page, fax pages are 25 cents each, and postage is additional. The county does not publish a separate fixed fee or guaranteed release for every archived booking photo. Ask for the image tied to one booking and accept lawful classification, redaction, juvenile, security, or active-investigation limits.
- Identify the person with an exact name and enough detail to avoid a false match. Include the arrest or booking date, or a narrow date range.

- Ask for the public booking photograph and the booking number. If the release event also matters, request the actual date and time Meeker custody ended, public disposition, authority, and receiving agency.
- Request an electronic copy if available. Ask for all segregable public data if part of the record is withheld.
- If access is denied, ask the county to identify the Minnesota statutory basis for each withheld part.

Absence from a registry has no bearing on whether the person was released or photographed.
Meeker County Mugshot Expungement Effects
Expungement is a court process that asks a judge to seal records. A sealed case may disappear from ordinary public court access, but the effect on executive-branch records depends on the order and governing law.
